WHEELING, IL - April 13 2015 - Precision Zone, Inc and Alfa-Inc announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Precision Zone, Inc. will acquire Alfa-Inc's Industrial Equipment Repairs and Sales Division. Alfa-Inc's production division is excluded from this transaction and remains a separate entity under Alfa-Inc brand. Alfa-Inc is a Wheeling, IL based industrial equipment production and services company specializing in the production, repairs and sales of new and refurbished equipment widely used in industrial applications. Founded in 2010, Alfa-Inc has seen a dramatic growth of its loyal customer base throughout industries and geographical regions.

"This acquisition is consistent with our strategy to expand and diversify our service offerings and presence to new industrial markets. It positions Precision Zone into new national and international markets," said Precision Zone's President and CEO Anton Koretskov. This transition is expected to complete by the end of April 2015. All Alfa-Inc Equipment Repairs and Sales Division's customers and active contracts will be seamlessly inherited by Precision Zone, Inc.
